摘要
目的:探讨苯丙胺类兴奋剂依赖者心理状况与脑干听觉诱发电位的相关性。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和脑干听觉诱发电位对35例苯丙胺类兴奋剂依赖者进行测试。结果:(1)苯丙胺类兴奋剂依赖者躯体化、焦虑、敌对、偏执等4个因子分高于国内常模均分,除偏执因子分有高度显著性差异(t=2.487,P=0.018)外,其余因子分有显著性差异(t=2.051-2.487,P=0.048-0.018);苯丙胺类兴奋剂依赖者的躯体化因子与波Ⅵ潜伏期呈负相关(r=-0.342,P<0.05),与波Ⅲ、Ⅳ波幅呈正相关(r=0.404,P<0.05;r=0.420,P<0.05);强迫因子与波Ⅲ潜伏期呈正相关(r=0.344,P<0.05),与波Ⅴ潜伏期、波Ⅵ波幅呈负相关(r=-0.448,P<0.01;r=-0.488,P<0.01);人际关系因子与波Ⅲ潜伏期呈负相关(r=-0.470,P<0.01),与波Ⅱ波幅呈正相关(r=0.415,P<0.05);敌对因子与波Ⅶ潜伏期呈负相关(r=-0.359,P<0.05),与波Ⅳ波幅呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.05);恐怖因子与波Ⅳ、Ⅴ波幅呈正相关(r=0.427,P<0.05;r=0.343,P<0.05);偏执因子与波Ⅴ潜伏期、波Ⅵ波幅呈正相关(r=0.367,P<0.05;r=0.343,P<0.05);精神病性因子与波Ⅳ潜伏期、波Ⅲ波幅呈负相关(r=-0.507,P<0.01;r=-0.373,P<0.05),与波Ⅵ潜伏期呈正相关(r=0.524,P<0.01)。结论:本次研究不仅说明苯丙胺类兴奋剂依赖者存在特殊的心理现象,而且表明这些心理现象与脑干的某些区域有一定程度的联系。
Obective： To explore the correlation between psychological state and brainstem auditory evoked potentials among amphetamine - type stimulants （ATS） dependants. Methods ： Thirty - five ATS dependants were tested with SCL- 90 and brainstem auditory evoked potentials. Results：ATS dependants had higher score on somatization, anxiety, hostility and paranoid than Chinese norms （t = 2.051 -2. 487, P = 0.048 -0. 018 ）. Negative correlations were found between somatization and wave VI latent period（ r = - 0. 342, P 〈 0. 05 ）, obsession and wave V latent period （ r = - 0. 448, P 〈 0. 01 ）, obsession and wave VI amplitude （ r = - 0. 448, P 〈 0.01 ）, personal relationship and wave III latent period（ r = -0. 470 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）, hostility and wave VII latent period （r = -0. 359, P 〈 0.05 ）, psychosis and wave IV latent period（ r = -0. 507, P 〈 0. 01 ）, psychosis and wave III amplitude （r = -0. 373, P 〈 0.05）. Positive correlations were found between somatization and wave III - IV amplitude （ r = 0. 404, P 〈 0. 05 ; r = 0. 420, P 〈 0. 05 ）, obsession and wave III latent period （ r = 0. 344, P 〈 0.05 ）, personal relationship and wave II amplitude （ r = 0. 415, P 〈 0. 05 ）, hostility and wave IV amplitude （ r = 0. 401, P 〈 0. 05 ）, hostility and wave IV amplitude, phobia and wave IV - V amplitude （ r = 0. 427, P 〈 0. 05 ; r = 0. 343 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）, paranoid and wave V latent period （ r = 0. 367, P 〈 0. 05 ）, paranoid and wave VI amplitude（r = 0. 343, P 〈 0. 05 ）, psychosis and wave VI latent period （ r = - 0. 524, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： These results indicate that ATS dependants have special psychological phenomena, also indicate psychological phenomena is related to some places of brainstem.
