摘要
目的探讨海洛因依赖者的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)和事件相关电位(ERP)P300的变化特点及其应用。方法使用意大利Galileo Sirius数字化32导脑诱发电位仪对32例海洛因依赖者BAEP和P300检查,并与30例正常人比较。结果(1)海洛因依赖者BAEP的波Ⅱ-波Ⅶ绝对潜伏期[依次为(2.67±0.12)μV,(3.82±0.16)μV,(4.95±0.17)μV,(5.11±0.12)μV,(6.61±0.17)μV,(7.52±0.14)μV]较正常对照组延长(P<0.05),绝对波幅[依次为(0.16±0.10)μV,(0.29±0.09)μV,(0.36±0.12)μV,(0.41±0.11)μV,(0.26±0.11)μV,(0.27±0.10)μV]降低(P<0.05),而波I差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(2)海洛因依赖者P300的潜伏期N1[(89.47±15.02)ms]较正常人缩短(P<0.05),潜伏期P3[(320.23±19.01)ms]较正常人延长(P<0.05)。结论海洛因依赖者存在一定程度的脑功能损害,其BAEP和P300变化特点既可作为辅助诊断依据又可为海洛因的戒断分析时提供神经电生理基础。
Objective To discuss the change and clinical usage of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials (BAEP) and Event Related Potentials ( P300 ) in heroin addicts. Methods The BAEP and P300 of 32 cases of heroin addicts and 30 cases of normal were analyzed comparably in Galileo Sirius 32 channels digital evoked potential systems. Result Compared with normal, BAEP (waves Ⅱ - Ⅶ) in heroin addicts delayed absolute latencies and decreased absolute amplitudes ( P〈0.05 ) ;the latency N1 of P300 were significantly shorter and the latency P3 were remarkably longer ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion The results showed an extent brain function damage may be auxiliary diagnostic criteria of heroin addicts, meanwhile it is more important for the detoxification of heroin addicts.
