摘要
中国重型机械研究院有限公司为山东泰山钢铁集团有限公司研制开发了国内首套具有完全自主知识产权的碳钢-不锈钢混合轧制的1780mm六辊UCM型单机架可逆冷轧机组,该机组既可生产普碳钢,又可生产不锈钢。本文介绍了该机组的主要技术参数、型号和技术特点,并对其生产不锈钢的工艺和技术以及存在的问题进行了阐述。
The article describes the 1780 mm 6-roller UCM reversing cold mill developed independently by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd for Taishan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd.. to roll straight carbon steel and stainless steel strip. The main technological parameters, configuration, characteristics of the cold mill. The stainless steel rolling process, technology and primary problems are discussed.
