摘要
介绍了冷轧机轧辊设计过程中的选材、强度、硬度等问题,提出了能够满足轧辊使用要求的热处理工艺,并对轧辊热处理过程中可能存在的缺陷以及预防措施进行了分析.
The paper discusses the material selected, intensity and rigidity in the design of cold roller on cold mill and puts forward the heat treatment techniques that can satisfy the demand of cold roller. Moreover, it analyzes the potential flaws in the course of roller heat treatment and the preventive measures.
