菌根菌生物量定量方法浅谈
摘要
菌根菌成为当今菌物界研究的热门之一,对其生物量的准确定量也一直是人们研究的方向,但由于外生菌根菌的特殊生态型,人们对其生物量的研究仍然处于初始探索阶段,文章总结论述和分析了关于外生菌根菌生物量研究的意义和常用的测定方法,以求为菌根菌生物量定量方法的选择运用提供科学参考。
