摘要
研究显示雌激素在女性的心血管系统中发挥保护作用 ,雌激素不仅可用于防止心血管事件的发生 ,还可能作为一种二线治疗药物。雌激素对心血管系统的作用包括对血浆脂类、动脉壁、动脉张力、碳水化合物代谢、纤溶系统等多方面的影响。绝经后妇女可有选择性地使用雌激素补充疗法。
