动脉内接触性溶栓治疗急性脑梗死研究现状

摘要
溶栓治疗急性脑梗死仍处于探索阶段。文章就动脉内接触性溶栓的理论根据、治疗时间窗、操作方法、临床疗效以及溶栓后辅以颅内动脉血管成形术等作了综述。
