摘要
为了满足电池测试设备要具有较宽的输出电压范围的要求,本文采用了一种宽电压范围输出的双向DC/DC变换器电路拓扑,并通过对基本单元的多重化并联,达到了减小电流纹波、电流谐波含量和系统体积的目的。文中详细分析了多重双向H桥DC/DC变换器的工作原理、参数设计和控制方法。本电路应用于100kW动力锂离子蓄电池测试设备中。样机实验结果表明,本设计能够实现极宽的输出电压范围,具有较小的电流纹波,验证了设计的正确性。
To meet the requirements of a wide range output voltage to battery test equipment,this paper presents a Bi DC/DC converter circuit which can output a wide range output voltage.And through the multiple parallel to the basic unit circuit,to realize the purpose of reducing the current ripple,the current harmonic content and system size.This paper analyzes the working principle,parameter design and control method of multi-converter in detail.This circuit applies to 100kW lithium-ion power battery testing equipment.The experiment results show that this design enables a very wide output voltage range and with a smaller current ripple,and correctness of the design was verified.
