摘要
在交联剂存在下,以硝酸铈铵为引发剂研究了玉米淀粉与甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯进行自交联接枝共聚合成反应的规律。实验结果表明,在引发剂浓度为8 .0 ×10 -3 mol/L、单体浓度为1 .55 mol/L、反应温度为58 ℃、反应时间为2 .7 h 时,自交联接枝共聚物的接枝率较高。通过红外光谱和X- 射线衍射对共聚物进行了结构表征。
The characteristics of self crosslinking graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) and butyl acrylate(BA) onto starch were investigated with ceric ammonium nitrate as initiator in the presence of crosslinking agent. The results show that the grafting percentage is higher when the concentrations of initiator and monomer are 8.0×10 -3 and 1.55 mol/L respectively, the temperature of reaction is 58 ℃,and the time of reaction is 2.7 h. The structural characterization of the self crosslinking graft copolymer was determined by IR and X ray diffraction.
