摘要
为筛选出高效、低毒、低残毒,符合环保要求的白蚁防治药剂,试验选用5类有代表性的药剂进行黄翅大白蚁室内毒力测定。结果表明,毒死蜱、溴氰菊酯、阿维菌素3种药剂触杀速率快、传毒性强和驱避作用大,可作为预防白蚁的药剂;甲维氟铃脲、福美双对黄翅大白蚁的触杀作用缓慢、传毒性强和驱避作用小,可作为黄翅大白蚁的诱杀药剂。同时阿维菌素、甲维氟铃脲对人、畜无毒,对环境友好,如果其田间防治效果能够满足生产的需要,用于防治林木黄翅大白蚁将有较大的发展前景。
In order to filter out high efficiency,low toxicity,low residue,environmental-friendly termite control chemicals to Macrotermes barneyi,five representative agents were chosed for testing their toxicity ability to yellow fin big termites.The results showed that chlorpyrifos,deltamethrin,abamectin had rapid contact toxicity,strong transmission intensity and big repellent effect,and could be used to prevent termites.Dimension hexaflumuron,thiram had slow contact action,strong mass toxic and small repellent effect,could be yellow fin big termite trapping agents.At the same time,abamectin,emamectin hexaflumuron was non-toxic to human,animal and environmental friendly.If the field control effect met the needs of production,using abamectin,emamectin hexaflumuron to control yellow fin big tree termites would have a significant development prospects.
