摘要
采用成分分析、实物性能测定、金相组织分析、断口分析、叶型测定和叶片强度计算等方法,找到动叶片飞裂原因不是叶片材料更动引起,而是冲蚀磨损所造成。并提出了预防动叶片断裂的措施,通过动叶片飞裂的失效分析实例,说明了失效分析是故障诊断体系的重要组成部分。
By the analysis of elem ental com position of the rotating blade in a high speed blow er, the test of its physical properties, m etallographic exam inatuion, fracture section analysis, profile m easurem entand strength calculations, itis proved thatthe fracture ofthe blade is not due to the change of its m aterial, but due to the erosion of w ater. Som e m easures against the fracture ofthe blade are suggested. From this exam ple, itcan be seen thatfailure analysis is an im portantpartofthe diagnosis system .
