摘要
通过对风机叶片失效部位的有限元计算、宏观形貌观察、理化检验、金相组织分析及扫描电镜观察等工作,找到了叶片断裂的原因,采取了改变叶片材料及增加叶片根部厚度避开共振的改进措施。
Through MSC /NASTRAN analysis on invalid position, macroscopical shape observation, physics and chemistry tests, analysis on metallography organization and scan electric mirror , the real reason why the blade ruptures was found . Measures such as to change the material of blade and increase increase the thickness of blade root, were proposed to avoid the resonance.
