摘要
在分析软件测试行业的现状和应用型软件测试人才需求的基础上,针对软件测试人员职业要求,探讨了软件测试专业课程体系设计的原则和内容,提出以培养专业核心能力为主线的教学体系的构建,实施以提升创新实践能力为目标的实践环境建设和双师型师资队伍建设策略。
Based on analyzing the status of software testing industry and the demand for applied software testing talents,and meeting the requirements for software testers,this paper discusses the principles and content of designing software testing curriculum,and explores how to construct teaching system for cultivating professional capacity.This paper introduces the construction of practice environment to enhance students＇ innovative practice capacity,and the construction of dual qualified faculty.
