摘要
目的:通过对急诊分诊失误病例进行分析,找出判断失误的常见原因及对策,提高急诊分诊的准确率。方法:分析11例急诊分诊失误情况。结果:多种原因造成分诊失误。结论:找出急诊分诊工作中存在的问题及解决问题的对策,提高急诊分诊准确性,更好地保障急诊工作的畅通无阻,确保患者得到及时准确的救治。
Objective： Analyze the cases in which patients are not correctly triaged in emergency department, find the reasons and solutions to achieve better emergency triage accuracy. Method： Analyze 11 cases in which patients are not correctly triaged in emergency department. Resuit： There are many reasons causing the triage mistake. Conclusion： We must find the problems existing in the emergency triage and make countermeasure to improve the emergency triage accuracy, ensure that patients are triaged straightway and treated appropriately and timely in the order of their clinical urgency.
