摘要
目的:观察5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)结合中医药治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的疗效和安全性。方法:外生殖部尖锐湿疣患者28例,先后2次将5%ALA霜涂于病变处及其周围5mm范围皮肤黏膜上,间隔2h。第2次涂ALA霜后2h,以功率300mW、光斑直径15～20mm、时间20nin、能量密度100J/cm、波长635nm半导体激光照射病损区。1周后判定疗效,于ALA-PDT治疗后第二天开始趁热薰洗、坐浴,每天1剂,直至无疣体出现后改为隔日1次,1月后未发者改为每周2次。坚持4周无新皮损出现即停药,随访1～3个月观察复发情况。结果:28例患者经过1～2次治疗后治愈26例,治愈率92.9%。随访3个月,复发9例,复发率34.6%。多数患者治疗后局部出现轻度水肿。结论:ALA-PDT结合中医药可有效治疗外生殖器尖锐湿疣,降低皮损复发率,且不良反应少。
Objective To observe the treatment efects and security of ALA-PDT combined with chinese medicine to genital warts.Method 28 cases with eondyloma acuminatum were treated with AIA-PDT for 1-2 times.The treatment efects and side efects were observed respectively after 1 week.And the recurrence rates were counted after 3 months.Results After 1-2 times photodynamic treatment,The healing rate was 92.9% .And the recurrence rate was 25% ,after 3 months.The most common local side efect was mild edema and erosion.Conclusions With the advantages of mild side effects and low recurence rates.ALA-PDT is an eficient treatment to condyloma acuminatum.
