摘要
为了研究和开发新的抗偏头痛药物,用电刺激三叉神经节和辣椒素静脉注射刺激的方法造成大鼠硬脑膜内血浆蛋白渗出,建立神经原性炎症动物模型。本实验观察到电刺激三叉神经节增加了刺激侧硬脑膜内125IHSA 的渗出,而非刺激侧125IHSA 的渗出水平未发生明显波动。在刺激后60 min 内,渗出量变化不大。另外观察到抗偏头痛发作药物二氢麦角胺(DHE) 具有减少上述血浆蛋白渗出的作用。
