摘要
考察了石灰-铁盐混凝沉淀法预处理煤制油废水时,不同条件参数对废水中COD的去除率及B/C的影响。研究结果表明:控制水温30℃,石灰乳调节pH为10.5左右,聚合硫酸铁投加量为500 mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺的投加量为10 mg/L,为最佳预处理工艺条件。经该工艺混凝预处理后废水COD从4 502 mg/L下降到2 026 mg/L,去除率可达55%以上;B/C从0.198提高到0.348,为后续生化处理创造了良好条件。经预算该预处理成本仅为每吨废水0.75元。
Influence on the removal rate of CODCr and B/C by different conditions were studied in the experiment for pretreating coal to oil wastewater by lime-molysite coagulation process.Results showed that the optimum conditions were controlling wastewater temperature being about 30 ℃,adjusting pH at 10.5 by limewater,dosage of PFS 500 mg/L and dosage of PAM 10mg/L.Under the optimum conditions,CODCr of wastewater dropped from 4,502 mg/L to 2,026 mg/L,with removal rate more than 55% and B/C raised from 0.198 to 0.348,which would provide a favorable condition for subsequent biochemical treatment.The cost for the pretreatment is only 0.75 Yuan for per ton wastewater.
