摘要
用磁选后的硫铁矿烧渣为原料，经硫酸溶解、氧化、水解、聚合，得产品聚合硫酸铁。通过正交实验得出最佳工艺参数。产品已实现工业化生产，并用于工业用水的净化，效果良好。
Polymeric ferric sulphate was produced from pyritecinder after magnetical separation by decompositionwith H2SO4, oxidation, hydrolysis and Polymerization.The process parameters were optimized through orthogonal experimental design. A commercial plant has beenput into operation to provide satisfactory treatingreagent for industrial water.
