摘要
目的：试验Ｎａ２ＳｅＯ３对小鼠巨噬细胞功能的影响。方法：将Ｎａ２ＳｅＯ３按１ｕｇ／ｇ的量以腹腔注射和灌胃方式给入小鼠。２０ｄ后做巨噬细胞功能测定试验。结果：Ｎａ２ＳｅＯ３腹腔注射组和灌胃组小鼠的巨噬细胞蚕噬百分比，吞噬指数均高于正常对照组Ｐ〈０．０５。结论：Ｎａ２ＳｅＯ３有提高小鼠巨噬细胞蚕噬功能的作用。提示硒可能通过增强吞噬细胞功能而达到抗肿瘤作用。
Objections:To test the effect of Na_2SeO_3 on the funciton of mice Macrophage.Methods:Na_2SeO_3(1ug/g) to mice by injection and oral administration After 20ds,the funciton of macrophage were tested.Results:The phagocytic percentage and index of mice macrophages in Na_2SeO_3 injection group and oral administration group were higher than that of the control (P<0.05).Conclusion:Na_2SeO_3 has the effect of improving phagocytosis of mice macrophage.It suggests that Selenium has the effect of antitumor by increasing the phagocytic function of macrophages.
