摘要
目的:观察益寿调脂片对果蝇寿命影响及对衰老模型小鼠自由基代谢调整作用。方法:(1) 采用1 日龄黑腹果蝇,随机分为4 组。基础培养基培养29 d 后,其中3 组分别予100 g 含0-1 g和0-2 g 益寿调脂片粉剂及10 mg 绞股蓝总甙片粉剂的培养基,另一组仍饲以基础培养基。每天定时观察果蝇死亡数,直至全部死亡。(2) 利用质量分数5% D- 半乳糖皮下注射40 d 所致亚急性衰老模型小鼠,造模同时分别给予1% 淀粉溶液( 空白对照组、衰老模型组) 、益寿调脂片混悬液( 低剂量组、高剂量组) 、及绞股蓝总甙片( 绞股蓝组) ,40 d 后,观察自由基代谢指标血清丙二醛(MDA) 、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH- Px) 的变化。结果:与空白对照组相比,益寿调脂片能显著延长果蝇自然存活寿命;与衰老模型组比较,益寿调脂片能显著降低衰老模型小鼠的血清MDA含量( P< 0-01) ,而使血清SOD、GSH- Px 活性明显提高( P< 0-01) 。并且都具一定的量效关系。结论:益寿调脂片在整体上表现具有延长生命周期的作用,且能有效地改善衰老机体自由基代谢,是理想而有效的延缓衰老的药物。
Aim: To observe the effects of Yishou Tiaozhi tablet(YSTZT) on drosophila melangaster life-span and on the free-redical system in the mouse aging model. Methods: (1)One-day-old drosophila melangaster of American type was used and divided into 8 groups randomly. They were fed with food containing different dosages of YSTZT and Jiaogulanosidi tabellae. (2)Using the aging model induced by hypodemic injetion of 5%D-galactose in mice for fourty days.The content of MDA and activity of SOD,GSH-Px in serum were carried out after the treatment. Results:Contrast to the aging model group, it showed that YSTZT could obviously inhibit the increase of the MDA contents in serum and incsease the activities of SOD, GSH-Px in serum. Conclusion: YSTZT can prolong drosophila melangaster life-span and can also effectively improve senile body′s metebolism of free redicals,it is an ideal and effective medicine in preventing aging.
