摘要
通过石斛复方制剂对果蝇平均寿命影响的实验，结果表明：该复方制剂有延长雌雄果蝇寿命的作用，尤其对雄性果蝇作用显著。与正常对照组比较Ｐ＜０．０２至Ｐ＜０．００５，且对雌雄总体寿命的延长都有显著性差异，且该药各剂量组与维生素Ｅ组的延长寿命的作用相同。该药延长果蝇寿命的功效与我们以往进行的该药具有提高ＳＯＤ、降低ＬＰＯ以及提高机体免疫功能的作用是相一致的，从而以多方面的指标说明了该药具有抗氧化和延缓衰老的作用。
The experiment of the effect of Compound Dendrobium on the average life of fruit flies was carried out.The result showed that the preparation had the obvious effect for prolonging the general life of fruit flies,especially for the male ones,compared with that in control group(P<0.02～P<0.005).The effect in different dosage groups was similar to those in Vit E groups.Moreover,the effect was in keeping with which the Compound Dendrobium had the effects of raising SOD,reducing LPO and enhancing immunologic function,we had done in the past.The indexes from different aspects prove that Compound Dendrobium has the effect of antioxidation and antisenility.
