摘要 高效抗逆转录病毒治疗（HAART）是人类在治疗人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染/艾滋病（AIDS）方面取得的一个重要成就。HAART不仅可以有效控制HIV复制,将血浆病毒载量降至现有常规检测方法测不出的水平,而且能重建艾滋病患者的免疫功能[1],延长患者生命,降低死亡率。HAART体系建立时人们希望能够完全清除患者体内的HIV,达到治愈AIDS的目的 ,
