直立碳纳米管微电极对神经递质5-羟色胺的电化学检测 被引量:5

Aligned carbon nanotube microelectrode for the electrochemical detection of 5-HT neurotransmitter

摘要 在直立碳纳米管制备过程中,以碳纤维为基底,合成出碳纤维固载型直立碳纳米管材料,用于制备相关碳纳米管微电极,开展了电化学活性神经递质5-羟色胺的电化学检测.结果表明该微电极对5-羟色胺具有很好的电催化效应,灵敏度高.恒电位解吸附处理方法能很好解决电极对5-羟色胺氧化产物的吸附问题,使电极得到重生. Aligned carbon nanotubes (ACNTs) were synthesized on a carbon fiber (CF) substrate, and the resulting CF-ACNT complex was used for microelectrode fabrication and 5-HT detection. The CF-ACNT microelectrode displayed good electro-catalysis for 5-HT, thus detection was sensitive. Non-special adsorption of 5-HT oxidization products to the CF-ACNT electrode was resolved using potentiostatic methods with the electrode recovering favorably.
