摘要
目的探讨苦参素联合甘草酸苷对湿疹患者辅助性T细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 160例湿疹患者随机分为两组,对照组单纯给予复方甘草酸苷注射液100mg,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用苦参素注射液100mL。观察治疗前后两组的EASI评分、瘙痒评分、临床疗效、Th细胞、白介素(IL)因子I、gE和嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)的变化。结果两组的有效率分别为95.0%和83.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的EASI评分、瘙痒评分、Th1、Th2I、L-5I、L-10I、gE和EOS计数都有明显降低,Th1/Th2和IL-2有明显上升,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦参素联合甘草酸苷注射液能明显改善湿疹患者的Th细胞免疫功能,临床疗效显著,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the effects of oxymatrine associated with glycyrrhizin on immunologic function of T helper cell in patients with eczema.Methods 160 cases with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group were only treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection（100mg）,while the treatment group were given oxymatrine injection（100mL） additionally.The eczema area and severity index（EASI）score,pruritus score,clinical effect,Th1,Th2,Th1/ Th2,IL-2,IL-5,IL-10,IgE and EOS counts were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group（95.0% vs 83.3%,P0.05）.In the both two groups,the EASI score,pruritus score,Th1,Th2,IL-5,IL-10,IgE and EOS counts were all decreased significantly（P0.05）,while Th1/ Th2 and IL-2 were remarkably increased（P0.05）.The two groups also produced significant difference after treatment compared with each other（P0.05）.Conclusion Oxymatrine associated with glycyrrhizin can significantly improve the immunologic function of T helper cell in patients with eczema.The clinical curative effect is distinct,and worth of clinical application.
