摘要
应用自制中药抗炎 1号注射液治疗 30例急性湿疹 ,同时观察了患者血清中IgE的含量和外周血嗜酸性细胞计数的变化。结果 :痊愈 6例 ,显效 15例 ,有效 5例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率 86 6 7%。治疗前患者血清IgE和外周血嗜酸性细胞较正常值显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗后有所下降 ,治疗前后比较有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5)。提示中药抗炎 1号注射液能抑制急性湿疹患者亢进的体液免疫。
Self made“Herbal Anti inflammation Injection One”was used to treat 30 cases of acute eczema and the content of serum IgE and the number of peripheral acidocyte were detected.Results showed cure in 6 cases,marked effectiveness in 15 cases,effectiveness in 5 cases and failure in 4 cases,and the total effective rate was 86.67%;before treatment the IgE and acidocyte were more than the normal(P<0 01),while they reduced significantly after treatment (P<0 05).
