摘要
本文论述了鱼藤酮原药和制剂采用反相色谱柱分离，两元混合流动相洗脱，紫外可变波长检测器检测，外标法定量测定的液相色谱分析方法。测定的线性相关系数为０．９９９６，原药和制剂测定的变异系数分别为０．１８％、０．５６％，回收率分别为９８．５％～１０１．０％、９８．０％～１０２．０％。
This paper introduced the method on analysis rotenone technical and formulation.The linear corredation was 0.9996,confficients of variation for technical and formulation were 0.18% and 0.56%,recovery was 98.5% to 101.0% and 98.0% to 102.0%.
