LaFe_(1-x)Cu_xO_3光催化降解水溶性染料的活性 被引量:11

THE ACTIVITY FOR PHOTOCATALYTIC DEGRADATION OF WATER SOLUBLE DYES OVER LaFe_( 1-x)Cu_xO_3

摘要 采用柠檬酸法合成了钙钛矿型复合氧化物催化剂LaFeO3 , 并按不同比例进行掺杂,制备了LaFe1 - xCuxO3(x = 0-01~0-09)系列样品. 以高压荧光汞灯为光源,测定了该系列样品对酸性红3B等水溶性染料的光催化降解活性. 采用红外、紫外、光声光谱及正电子寿命谱等技术分析了催化剂的光催化性能及掺杂对活性的影响. 结果表明,掺杂后LaFeO3 的光催化活性明显提高,这主要与B离子的d 电子结构有关. The LaFeO 3 and a series of Cu doped compounds LaFe 1- x Cu x O 3 were prepared by citrate method. Using a 450 W of luminous high pressure Hg lamp as irradiator, the photodestruction experiments of various water soluble dyes were carried out in the suspension systems of LaFe 1- x Cu x O 3 that act as photocatalysts. The photocatalytic activity of LaFeO 3 and its doped compounds was studied with IR, UV Vis and photoacoustic spectroscopies. The influence of doping on photocatalytic activity was also studied in terms of the positron annihilation spectroscopy. The results reveal that the photocatalytic activity of LaFe 1- x Cu x O 3 is higher than that of LaFeO 3. This basically depends on the d electron structure of atom B.
