摘要
文章阐述了我国公共图书馆平等、免费等权利思想的发展历程,探讨了新世纪以来图书馆界公共精神及新理念的普及和实践的历史必然性,从杭州图书馆"乞丐入馆事件"到免费开放政策实施后图书馆面临的问题进行了思考。
This paper reviews the service course of right thoughts of equality and freedom in the libraries of China, discusses the his- torical inevitability of public spirit and its practice in the new century and ponds over some problems that library will be faced with after the beggar went into Hangzhou Library and then public libraries implemented the policy of being free to the public. 23 refs.
