摘要
2003年启动的深圳图书馆之城建设,秉承平等、公益、开放的理念,通过政府的积极主导和全社会的协同努力,在全市构建起无所不在的公共图书馆网络,向市民提供开放与自助的图书馆服务。各区图书馆在打破行政区划限制、构建一体化管理的公共图书馆服务体系方面进行了积极探索。一个没有特区的图书馆服务体系正在渐入佳境。
The construction of ＂City of Libraries＂ in Shenzhen started in 2003 followed the ideals of ＂equality, public and Open＂, constructed omnipresent public library network in the whole city and provided open and self-service to the citizens through the govern- ment＇s active leading part and the entire society＇s cooperative effort. The area libraries are carrying on positive exploration on the public library services system that breaking the administrative regionalization limit and constructing integrating management.
