摘要
研究农村居民点整治区农户农地利用收入影响机制,为提高农村居民点整治区的农地利用效率、增加农民收入的目标制定相关政策提供参考。通过实证分析法和计量模型法进行研究,结果表明农村居民点整治区农户农地利用收入受到农户上年家庭总收入、农地经营规模、非农就业比例和家庭消费支出等因素影响,同时也具有一定的区域差异性。因此,促进农地流转、改善农民就业结构和提高农户农业投入能力是增加农村居民点整治区农户农地利用收入的重要途径。
The purpose of this paper is to study the effect mechanism of household income of agricultural land use.There are two main objectives for policy making of this study.One is to improve the efficiency of agricultural land in rural residential consolidation area.The other one is to increase the income of farmers.Methods of empirical analysis and econometric model were jointly employed.The results indicate that household income of agricultural land use is affected by the whole income of household last year,the scale of agricultural land management,the proportion of off-farm employment and household consumption expenditure.It is concluded that the institutional supply and policy adjustment for increasing the income of farmland use in rural residential consolidation area can follow three aspects：（1） increase the proportion of the transfer of agricultural land;（2） improve the employment structure of farmers;（3） enhance the ability of agricultural inputs.
