摘要
心理因素对职业生涯成功会产生极为深刻的影响。心智模式和皮格马利翁效应分别作为内在心理机制和外在心理机制,其类型的迥异对职业生涯成功起到不同甚至完全相反的作用。本文在分别论述内外在心理机制作用机理的基础上,探讨了当它们同时存在时,二者相互影响、相互作用并形成复合心理机制进而影响职业生涯成功。最后对复合心理机制的类型及其优化问题进行了探讨。
Psychological factors have the most profound impact on the career success. Mental model and Pygmalion effect is respectively internal and external mental mechanism, and its different types will play different or even opposite effect on the career success. This article discusses the actional principle of internal and external psychological mechanisms respectively. The two when they exist influence and interact each other, and form the complex psychological mechanism thereby affecting career success. Finally, it discusses the type and optimization of the complex psychological mechanism.
