摘要
本实验以红细胞膜带Ⅲ蛋白C1(Ala S93-Val911)及KS-2(Ser 731-Lys 743)/肽链的释放量为指标,研究了不同浓度的氢氧化钠对带Ⅲ蛋白的影响。结果证明随着氢氧化钠浓度的升高多肽的释放量明显增多,用100m M NaOH 预处理红细胞膜,再用胰蛋白酶消化,对从红细胞膜释放的多肽进行了氨基酸测序分析。
We used the C1 (Ala 893 Val 911) and KS 2(Ser 731 Lys 743) peptides of band 3 protein as indicators to study the effect of NaOH on the band 3. Five peptides were released from the band 3 molecule when 100mM NaOH stripped membrane was digested with trypsin. All of the five peptides were sequenced.
