摘要
采用正交配置方法计算了固定化L-天冬酰胺酶柱,对连续化血浆净化过程的数学模型。计算结果与实验测定值相吻合。
Plasma was purified by immoblized L asparaginase column. The predicted results were in good agreement with the experimental data, which indicated that the mathematical model was suitable for the mass tranfer of blood purification.
