摘要
目的:探讨坦索罗辛联合非那雄胺对延缓和预防良性前列腺增生临床进展性的疗效。方法:对具有前列腺增生临床进展高危因素的患者给予坦索罗辛联合非那雄胺治疗,观察治疗前后各项相关指标的变化,并进行统计学处理。结果:全部患者症状显著改善,临床进展的风险显著降低。结论:坦索罗辛联合非那雄胺能显著降低良性前列腺增生临床进展,显著减少急性尿潴留的发生和外科干预的风险。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of tamsulosin and finasteride on delay and prevention the clinical progression of benign prostatic hyperplasia efficacy（BPH）.Methods：Patients with clinical progress risk factors of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with tamsulosin and finasteride.Observed the changes of the relevant indicators before and after treatment,and were given statistical analysis.Results：All symptoms of patients significantly improved and significantly reduced the risk of clinical progression.Conclusion：Tamsulosin and finasteride can significantly reduce the incidence of the clinical progression of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
