摘要
为了兼顾准确性与计算时间,采用解析法和有限元法结合研究槽口宽度对内置式永磁电机齿槽转矩的影响。解析法确定了对齿槽转矩有影响的气隙磁导平方的傅里叶分解次数,采用有限元法计算槽口宽度变化对该傅里叶分解次数的影响。计算表明,该傅里叶分解次数与齿槽转矩的幅值随槽口宽度有相同的变化规律,能够减小该气隙磁导平方的傅里叶分解次数的槽口宽度能削弱齿槽转矩。以两种内置式结构为例,计算槽口宽度对该傅里叶分解系数、齿槽转矩、空载反电动势、铁耗、交直轴同步电抗以及电磁转矩的影响。结果表明,采用所提出的方法可得到削弱齿槽转矩的槽口宽度,且计算量较小。
In order to ensure the accuracy and reduce the calculation time, the analytical method and fi- nite element method are applied to study the effect of slot opening on the cogging torque of interior perma- nent magnet motor. The analytical method was adopted to find the Fourier coefficients which have effect on the cogging torque, and the finite element method was used to study the effect of slot opening on these Fourier coefficients. It was found the effects of slot opening on the cogging torque and the Fourier coeffi- cient are the same. The slot opening that can reduce the Fourier coefficient can also reduce the cogging torque. The effect of slot opening on the Fourier coefficients, cogging torque, phase electromotive force and torque were calculated with finite element method. It is verified that the cogging torque can be greatly reduced with this method.
