环形永磁体无刷直流电动机磁场分析及参数计算 被引量:3

摘要 小体积的永磁电机考虑到制造工艺及成本,其转子一般会采用多极的环形永磁体。随着家电及信息产业的发展,环形永磁体在小型永磁电机中的应用越来越广泛。通过Ansoft有限元对整数槽和分数槽环形永磁体无刷直流电动机气隙磁场波形、谐波含量进行分析,对比了与表面贴装式磁钢的区别,并利用有限元对漏磁系数、极弧系数等参数进行计算,得出相应的分析数据。 Based on the manufactural technic and the production cost on small cubage permanent magnet,rotor is commonly adopted multipolar ring permanent magnet.With the development of household electrical appliances and information technology,ring permanent magnet is widely used in small cubage permanent magnet motors.The waveform of air gap flux density and the harmonic distortion in permanent magnet brushless DC motor were analyzed with integer slot and fractional slot by means of Ansofi finite element method.Comparing the differences with surface mount magnet steel and calculating parameters of leakage coefficient and pole-arc coefficient with finite element method,relative analytical data were elicited.
