摘要
在自然条件下,运用Li—6400光合仪测定了7个桑树品种叶片的光合指标并对其进行比较。结果表明,7种桑树的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度,品种间差异达到极显著水平(P<O.O1)。向海桑1号和辽鲁11较其他品种更适宜在半干旱地区生长。
Under natural conditions,the photosynthesis indices of mulberry leaves of seven varieties were measured by using Li-6400 photosynthesis machine,and the results were compared.The results showed that there is an extreme difference(P0.011) among the seven mulberry trees on the net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 density.It is concluded that Xianghaisang 1 and Liaolu 11 are more suitable in semiarid area compared with other varieties.
