摘要
通过对沈阳师范大学不同学院本科生创业情况抽样调查,用多因素方差分析的方法得到最终检验结果,利用多因素方差分析筛选变量建立回归模型,并采用logistic逻辑回归方法进行回归检验。对创业意愿的影响因素和创业意愿的形成模型的研究进行了综述。对有关创业意愿形成的理论模型和实证研究进行梳理,对影响大学生创业意愿的因素进行分析,得出家庭所在地、父母职业、学习成绩、性别、对就业形势的认识、就业目的等对沈师大学生创业意愿有显著影响。通过对在校学生创业意愿的实证分析,有助于增强沈阳师范大学本科生就业与创业指导的针对性和实效性。分析各种因素对沈师学生创业意愿的影响程度,对更好的开展就业指导工作意义重大。
This paper analyzes the relative factors that influence students＇ entrepreneurial intention,Employing the Multiple Factor Variance analysis and Logistic regression analysis,based on the sampling survey for the entrepreneurial situation of the students in different schools in Shenyang Normal University.Using multiple factor variance analysis to screening variables and establish regression model,in the while,using Logistic regression analysis for Regression testing.The influence factors of entrepreneurial intend and the research of entrepreneurial intend formation model has been illustrated.The conclusion shows that the position of families,grades,sex,views on employment situation,aims of employment,professional planning are closely relevant to students＇ entrepreneurial intention.It will strengthen the pertinence and actual effect on the guidance for employment or starting a business for the graduates by the empirical analysis of the students＇ entrepreneurial intention.Analyzing the basic variables which impact on the level of student entrepreneurs,it can be seen that the influence of the school career guidance are much higher than before,It means that the work of the school career guidance is very important.
