摘要
用电介质热力学理论和朗道的二级相变理论计算了铁电体电容器的电容,给出了电容器的容量与电场和温度的关系,发现在小电场情况下,在临界点处会出现临界慢化现象。
This paper studied the electric capacity of ferroelectric capacitor by means of the dielectric thermodynamics and the theroy of Landau's phase convert.The relationship among electric capacity of the capacitor and electric field and temperature were calculated.It was discovered that the charge and discharge of the capacitor would slow in the vicinity of critical point.
