摘要
研究了用柱层析法从忍冬叶中分离绿原酸和总黄酮的工艺，找出了最佳的工艺条件，为研制新药提供了理论依据。
The separation process of chlorogenic acid and total flavones in the leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb by column chromatography has been studied, the most suitable conditions of the process have been obtained. It provided a theory basis for study and preparation of new drugs.
