摘要
采用粘度法测得了PPTA/ 尼龙- 1010 分子复合体系在硫酸溶液中的粘度数据,作出了ηsp ~c′、[η] ~Xp 及α~Xp 的关系曲线,显示ηsp ~c′与[η] ~Xp 关系曲线都呈直线,α~Xp的关系曲线中,α> 0 ,表明PPTA 和尼龙- 1010 在复合体系中是相容的,且在PPTA 含量为10 % 左右,α值最大,表明其相容性最好。并从分子链结构方面,对组分间相容性进行了探讨。
The compatibility of PPTA/nylon-1010 molecular composite(MC) is determined by viscosity method. The plots of reduced viscosity(η\-\{sp\}/c') vs relative concentration (c') and intrinsic viscosity [η] vs composition (Xp) are linear. The interaction parameter α, calculated from parameter κ, [η] and Xp, are all >0. It is shown that PPTA and nylon-1010 molecules in PPTA/nylon-1010 MC are compatible within the whole composition range. According to the characteristic of the chain structure, the compatibility between PPTA and nylon-1010 molecules is discussed.
