摘要
报导了应用X射线衍射分析研究尼龙-6/尼龙-1010共混体系结晶态,结果表明,不论共混组成比如何,皆可保持较高的结晶度,未发现新的衍射峰,由此可认为共混物未形成共晶,而是结晶相分离的体系。作组成与衍射峰高比的关系,其结果基本上呈线性关系,表明衍射峰强度具有加和性。
The crystalline state of nylon 6/nylon 1010 blend has been studied by X ray diffraction analysis. It is show that nylon 6/nylon 1010 blends can form higher crystallinity at any composition and new diffraction peak is not observed. Therefore, cocrystal is not formed between nylon 6 and nylon 1010. The relationship between composition of blend and X ray diffraction peak height ratio ( H Ⅰ/ H Ⅱ) presents linearity, it is show that diffracted intensity is additive.
