摘要
利用图论的有关知识、破圈法寻求灾情巡视模型的解答，并对其进行逐步调整，以求达到最佳结果．进一步对模型的四个问题作了深入细致的分析．
Using the Knowedge of graphics and beding - cirele the paper presentS the soluhon of the model about the condition of flooded area and gradually adjusts the model to the problem so as to get the best answer.It gives thorough - gning and Painstaking analsis for the four problems of the model.
