摘要
建立了灾情巡视最佳路线模型，给出了较优的近似解法．根据模型及其解法，得出了几个实际问题的较优解，并给予了评价和讨论．
This paper has established the best route model of the disater inspection tour and offered a better approximate solution.At last the authors obtained a better solution of sveral actual problems and make an evaluation and a discussion about the model and solution.
