摘要
提出一个简单模糊群决策方法解决全球供应商选择问题。在全球化采购过程中,很多的制造商在选择国外供应商时遇到许多的不确定风险因素。因此,将模糊数学理论引入到不确定环境下的多准则决策问题中,用三角模糊数来描述评价准则的重要性权重和评价等级。应用符号距离法将候选供应商的总模糊分值转化为清晰值并进行排序,选出最好的供应商。最后,通过一个算例验证方法的有效性和可行性。
This work presents a simple fuzzy multiple criteria group decision - making approach for solving global supplier selection. Most manufactures encounter many uncertain risk factors for selecting foreign suppliers in global purchasing. The fuzzy theory is introduced into the multiple criteria group decision -making in uncertain environment and triangular fuzzy numbers are used to describe the importance weights and the ratings of all criteria. The total fuzzy scores of alternative suppliers are transformed into the crisp values by the signed distance and the crisp total scores are ranked to determine the best supplier. Finally, a numerical example is used to prove that the proposed approach is feasible and effective.
