摘要
设计一个同时考虑需求数量和需求时机不确定性的供应商柔性衡量方法,在此基础上以采购成本、运输成本、退货成本以及交付晚点率、废品率最小和总的供应商柔性最大为优化目标,建立了需求不确定环境下的供应商选择和订货量分配优化模型,该模型不仅可以确定最优供应商,同时还可以确定各供应商的订购量分配率,并基于模拟退火算法设计了启发式求解方法进行计算和分析。最后的算例计算证明上述模型和方法计算快捷,结果合理,从而能为企业的供应商选择问题提供科学的决策依据。
A method of measuring suppliers' flexibility is developed,which deals with the uncertainty of the demand quantity and demand time simultaneously.The supplier selection optimization model is proposed,in which the multi objective function is to minimize the procurement cost and the late delivery rate and the quality rate and cost of returned goods,and maximize the total supplier flexibility.A heuristic solution method is developed to solve the model.The model can determine not only the optimal suppliers,but also the order splitting ration.The result of numerical experiments shows that the optimization method operats rapidly and the result is rational,so the model and algorithm is proved an effective method for the decision-making of supplier selection in industry.
