本文在简略阐述传统严格等级制组织模式已不适应知识经济时代组织竞争需要的基础上,提出了以知识网络化和人的知识创新为核心的新型管理模式:知识型团队组织。并进一步阐释了和形成和保证团队组织实现其工作目标和知识增长的四个原则:公正对待、共同目标、组织内或团队内的规则、程序及有形接触.
on analyzing the unfitness of the conventional hierarchical organization in the knowledge economy, thispaper gives a new management model cored on human's knowledge and innovation: Knowledge-based TeamsOrganization, and further, interprets four basic principles that assure the attainment of both task outcomes and psycho-knowledgeable outcomes: fair process, common goals, rules and procedures and physical proximity in teams.
