摘要
针对云南某电厂300MW亚临界自然循环锅炉,在FLUENT中选择合适的炉内湍流流动、燃烧与传热的数学模型,进行炉膛内温度分布的数值模拟,并与实际电厂数据相对比。通过对结果的数值分析得出亚临界自然循环锅炉的排烟温度的适合取值范围以有效降低锅炉煤耗率,提高锅炉热效率。
To aim at a certain power plant of the 300 MW sub-critical natural circulation boiler in yunnan, the right furnace turbulent flow and the burning and mathematical model of heat transfer in FLUENT are chosen for the temperature distribution in the furnace numerical simulation, and it is compared with the actual plant data. Through numerical analysis of results the exhaust temperature scope of the subcritical natural circulation boiler is obtained to effectively reduce the boiler coal consumption rate and improve the thermal efficiency.
