摘要
针对DG2070/17.5-Ⅱ6型亚临界自然循环锅炉存在的过热器、再热器减温水量严重超标,严重影响机组安全性和经济性的问题,从其尾部受热面的结构特性分析出发,提出了适当减少低温过热器和低温再热器受热面面积,增加省煤器受热面面积的可行性改造方案,并在某电厂的机组上进行了具体实施,从改造效果来看,过热器和再热器的减温水量大幅度减少,提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性。
To decrease the extra large amount of desuperheating water in the superheaters and reheaters of the subcritical natural-circulating boiler of the Model DG2070/17.5-Ⅱ6 which severely affects the security and economics of the unit,a feasible plan is put forward based on the analysis on the structural characteristics of the heat recovery surfaces,which includes reducing the heating area of the low-temperature superheaters and the low-temperature reheaters,and increasing the heating area of the economizer adequately.The plan is put into practice at a power plant,which indicates that the amount of the desuperheating water in the superheaters and the reheaters is decreased by a big margin with the security and economics of the boilers being improved.
