摘要
目的:探讨临床药师在临床团队治疗进程中发挥的作用。方法:对临床药师参与药物治疗的脑卒中合并肺部感染案例进行分析。结果:临床药师在临床疾病治疗进程中协助医生合理用药发挥了一定作用,临床药学是医院未来的工作方向,也是医院综合发展的关键。结论:临床药师需要掌握必需的医学、药学理论基础知识,在实践中强化药物应用的临床思维能力,才能提高药学服务质量,提高合理用药的水平。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment team.METHODS： The patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with pulmonary infection treated by clinician together with clinical pharmacists were analyzed.RESULTS： By cooperating with clinicians,clinical pharmacists played a certain role in clinical disease treatment.Future hospital work is clinical pharmacy-oriented and clinical pharmacy is also the key for comprehensive development of hospital.CONCLUSION： To enhance the quality of pharmaceutical care and rational drug use level,it is necessary for clinical pharmacists to master the necessary medical and pharmaceutical knowledge and reinforce their clinical thinking ability in practice.
